How do I make a referral or find out more information?

It’s easy. If you have all the information to hand you can complete our online referral form.

Once complete, a copy of it will be sent to your own email address for your records and we will contact you via email or phone for any follow up questions to ensure we are the best allied health ‘fit’ for your needs within 24 hours.

We try to answer every call immediately, but if we are busy on another call, you are welcome to leave a message and include your contact details. If we are the best service for you, we can then arrange an appointment with a therapist specifically matched for you.

Help! How can I access the NDIS?

We offer education, support, assessments and reports required to assist eligible individuals to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Where is Encompass Health Services based?

We have therapists who service the Sunshine Coast and hinterland.

Our services are mobile, so we come to you!

We certainly cover a big region, but we also offer telehealth options.

Telehealth is a fantastic flexible service best used for appointments after an initial visit. Ask us about how this works.

How long will my appointment be?

We often have longer initial appointments to make sure we get all the information we need and get the most out of your appointment and help in the fastest possible time.

They may vary from 2hrs to 45mins, depending on your needs.

Do you offer Telehealth sessions?

Yes, get it touch today and we can chat about your options.

Do you always provide detailed reports?

No! We will only provide therapy reports if and when they are requested or needed.

We don’t believe in ‘over-servicing’ or ‘over-charging’ when it is unnecessary and not the best use of your resources.

What are the funding options?

  • NDIS – NDIA, Plan and Self Managed.  We are a registered NDIS service provider with full accreditation.
  • Department of Veteran Affairs – GP referral required – either fax or email to us.
  • Home Care Package – we provide these services and work with many Package Providers on the Sunshine Coast and interstate. We are accredited with all of them.
  • Privately funded clients – A good value option with the highest quality service.

What are the costs involved?

Our standard rate for all Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology services is consistent with the NDIS recommended rate published in the NDIS Price Guide. (including non-face to face time, report writing and travel).

All other service charges have customised pricing arrangements which we are happy to discuss with you according to your needs.

We have various payment options including:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Direct Deposit

You can provide us with credit or debit card details which are deidentified immediately in our system. If paying by Card a small processing fee will be payable.

If you choose directly depositing payment method instead of card payment, we require a 50% deposit into our account prior to your appointment time and date.
