We work closely with your support network including family, carers, and case managers, and maintain clear communication with referrers. We also provide timely documentation, reports, and progress updates to support continuity of care.

Our Story
Encompass Health Services was founded in 2015 by Sunshine Coast physiotherapist Wendy Jensen, who saw a growing need for high-quality, home-based allied health services that truly centred the client.

Wendy’s goal was to build a team of experienced, down-to-earth professionals who value flexibility, connection, and client outcomes above all else.
“We get to know the ‘real’ person we’re treating, including their supporters and complex family arrangements. Our skills and knowledge become a resource for them. We work together with our clients in the short, medium and long-term to find realistic solutions for their challenges.”
Since then, the Encompass team has grown – now including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, speech pathologists, and admin support staff who all share the same client-first mindset. We’re proud to be known for our professionalism, warmth, and consistency across every service we provide.
