You will be responsible for delivering timely, high quality, and evidence-based services for our NDIS, home care package and privately funded clients.

Your role includes delivering discipline-specific care, communicating effectively with referrers and families, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service.
Working with Encompass Health Services
Key Responsibilities in Your Allied Health or Nursing Role
Providing discipline-specific (nursing, dietetic, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology or social work) assessment, education and therapy for our clients.
Providing timely and appropriate written and verbal communication with referrers and case managers, including reports and treatment plans.
Communicating with client’s family members and/or support people, as required (with client permission).
Communicating and working efficiently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure high quality client care.
