Where is Encompass Health Services based?
We’re proudly located on the Sunshine Coast, serving everyone from Noosa to Caloundra and the hinterland. Our team travels to your home, so you don’t need to worry about transport.
How long does an appointment last?
Most initial visits last 45 to 90 minutes, allowing us to assess your needs and goals thoroughly. Follow‑up sessions typically run for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on what works for you.
Do you offer Telehealth sessions?
Yes, get in touch today and we can discuss your options. You can also use Telehealth for quick check-ins or progress updates between home visits.
Do you always provide detailed reports?
We provide reports if and when they are requested or required.
This includes reports detailing assessments, recommendations and progress updates – designed to keep you and your care team informed.
What are the funding options?
We work with a range of clients, including those receiving NDIS, Support at Home and DVA (GP referral required) funding, or those paying privately.
