Cancellation Policy – In-Home Appointments

We understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments impact our team’s ability to support other clients in need.

Please note the following cancellation terms for in-home services:

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
    A cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will apply.

  • No-Show appointments
    A fee of 100% of the consultation fee plus travel charges (if applicable) will be incurred.

These fees help cover clinician time and the reserved appointment slot, and ensure we can continue to provide high-quality, mobile healthcare to the community.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our team as early as possible.

DVA do not cover charges for non-attendance. These charges will need to be met by the client.

We value your time and our clinicians’ availability. To ensure fair access to appointments, the following cancellation policy applies to telehealth services:

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
    A cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.

  • No-Show appointments
    A fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be incurred.

We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients on our waiting list.
