Viktor is a thoughtful and experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience across Europe and Australia. Originally trained in the Netherlands, Viktor has worked in a range of settings including hospitals, neurological rehabilitation centres, and now in the Australian community. He brings a deep respect for his clients’ lived experiences, especially in the areas of neurological, orthopaedic, and pain rehabilitation.

Viktor has a special interest in neurorehabilitation and enjoys working with clients living with chronic or complex conditions. He believes strongly in the power of movement and hands on support to restore quality of life and function. For Viktor, therapy isn’t just about exercises, it’s about building human connection, listening deeply, and tailoring care to support each client’s goals and stage of life.

Joining Encompass Health Services in 2022, Viktor was drawn to the opportunity to support people in their own homes where therapy is more personalised, practical, and empowering. He values the real world insight gained from seeing clients in their everyday environments and believes it’s the best way to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Viktor’s personal philosophy is grounded in persistence and empathy. One of his guiding mantras ‘Never give up’ comes from his time working in a neurological rehabilitation hospital in Germany. This attitude continues to shape his work today, as he walks alongside clients on their journey towards improved function, mobility, and confidence.

Outside of work, Viktor’s world revolves around his family. He values simplicity, connection, and quality time, often found enjoying quiet moments with loved ones and soaking up everything his new life on the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
